The stretch of time between saying goodbye and bringing your pet home can feel long and surreal and we know how anxious you are to get your beloved companion back home to you.
To make this as convenient for you as we can, we have a 24 hour self-serve pickup facility located in Glenbeulah, WI (between Plymouth and Fond du Lac).
Please review the following instructions carefully. During our regular business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday), one of our staff will be monitoring the facility and be close by to come assist you if needed. If you need assistance outside of these hours, we will do our best to support you however we can. If you have any questions or concerns please text us at (920) 399-2099.
Location
The address to our pickup location is N6781 County Road A W, Glenbeulah, WI 53023. We are located between County Road P and Hwy 23 in Glenbeulah. The facility is on the corner where the Kettle Moraine State Forest meets the road and has its own separate driveway. Please do not use the private driveway next to the house.

Entering the Building
The keypad to access the door is to the left of the door.
- Tap the keypad to wake it up. It should light up
- Enter your pin that has been texted to you followed by the checkmark icon.
- Once you hear “Welcome”, push on the door. *Note – the outside door handle will not turn to allow the pin pad to function properly, but the inside handle will function as expected when you exit.
- The cubby containing your pet’s ashes will illuminate.
